TERMITE TECHNICIAN Join Our Team as a Termite Technician at Brezden Pest Control! Location: San Luis Obispo Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: First-year earnings for a Termite Technician range from $37,500 to $45,000, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life, and disability insurance, retirement savings with company match, paid time off, and holidays. About the Termite Technician Role: As a Termite Technician at Brezden Pest Control, you will play a crucial role in protecting homes, businesses, and other structures from termite damage.   • Conduct termite treatments, including trenching, drilling, and working in crawl spaces.
  • Educate clients on preventive measures to reduce future termite problems.
  • Document and report on service activities, maintaining high standards of record-keeping.
  • Manage and maintain service vehicles and equipment in line with company and regulatory standards. What We're Looking For:
    • At least 2 years of work experience in any field; pest control industry experience is a bonus, but not necessary.
    • Have or obtain the California Field Rep Termite License.
    • Carpentry knowledge is advantageous.
    • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
    • A valid driver's license that meets our insurance company's requirements. Benefits for Termite Technicians:
