Business Development and Growth LeadWhat you can expectAs a
Business Development and Growth Lead, you'll work with sales,
channel partners, and marketing teams to drive global sales of
Zoom's developer products. Your role involves collaborating with
developers and enterprises integrating real-time communications and
AI through Zoom's Platform as a Service. You'll also contribute to
planning, design, due diligence, and executing strategic objectives
to build a global sales pipeline.About the TeamThe Builder
Ecosystem Team is a specialist sales team responsible for
monetization of Zoom's powerful developer tools (APIs, AI tooling
and SDKs). The Team works in close partnership with the Global
Revenue organization, Marketing, Developer Advocacy Team and
Product Management. We are an agile team. We are tasked with
growing and expanding this part of Zoom's reach to help extend Zoom
into new areas and markets. The ideal candidate is someone who is
high energy, technically savvy and has polished prospectingand
enablement capabilities.ResponsibilitiesProspecting directly into
companies globally and via channel partnerships.Act as subject
matter expert on the Zoom API/SDK technologies to evangelize across
internal sales teams, channel partners, and prospective
customers.Experience positioning the value and technical
capabilities of a platform-as-a-service product. AI experience is a
plus.Partner with marketing to deliver demand generation campaigns
that accelerate pipeline.What we're looking forExperience (3+
years) with a platform-as-a-service company.Experience using
prospecting tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and AI SDR
tools.Track record of over achievement in building multi-channel
pipelineExhibit a gritty, self-starter mentality with a proven
ability to drive projects to closureCommunicate effectively, with
excellent verbal and written skills, and practice tactful diplomacy
in all interactions.Salary Range or On Target
Earnings:Minimum:$123,700.00Maximum:$247,400.00In addition to the
base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation
philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and
equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of
factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.We also
have a location based compensation structure; there may be a
